Certified Legal Nurse Consultant (CLNC®) services provide lawyers with medical and nursing expertise to health, illness, and injury. My mission is to provide our client attorneys with a work product that optimizes their opportunity to win. I consult on personal injury, medical malpractice, worker’s compensation, managed care, product liability, toxic tort, criminal, and family law. My attorneys may be representing either the plaintiff or defendant; our work champions standards of care.

My CLNC® service provides lawyers cost-effective review. Where other disciplines look at the chart for the related science in a case, nurses critique the science and pull information out of the chart other health care providers miss; we find not only what is written, but also uncover information found between the lines. In the specialty training I received, I provide our client attorneys with brief reports, moderate reports, or detailed reports customized to meet your needs.

While CLNC® nurses commonly review and evaluate the merits of a case, we also provide valuable services such as locating the right experts, assisting with discovery, identifying tampering, attending independent medical exams, and collaborating on demonstrative evidence.
